This tutorial will help you get setup on your first Pintour.

Getting Started

Download the Pintours App
Download from App Store

Get your tour code — You will be provided a tour code that has all the details of the tour, including stop locations and commentary.

Setup audio — Connect your phone's audio through the car's Bluetooth or an aux cable.

Open the app — When asked if you are a tour guide, select "I Just Want To See Some Tours".

Enter your code — Tap the camera button that says "Enter Code or Scan" or purchase a tour within the app.

Download the tour — The tour will be saved to your tours tab. Tap it to download the rest of the tour content.

Download maps (optional) — If you won't have internet during the tour, download the maps to ensure they work offline.

Tour Audio Modes

Tour Audio and Background Music — Best experience. Automatically plays audio and background music as you arrive at each stop.

Tour Audio Only — Only plays tour commentary, no background music.

Manual Audio Mode — Only use if you have a group leader or driver with you.

You can change these settings anytime by tapping the audio icon on the map.

During the Tour

View all stops in order on the overview page.
To skip a stop, tap the pin, then the stop title, and tap "Remove Stop".
Start the tour using the button on the bottom right.
The green circle on the map shows where automatic playback will start.
If audio doesn't play automatically, tap the stop's pin and title to force play.
Use "Skip" to move to the next stop if needed.

Uber Pass Instructions

If you are using the Uber Pass, make sure you have the Uber app installed.

Download Uber

Claim your voucher — Once the app is installed, tap the Uber Voucher link sent to your email or phone.

Order an Uber to each stop — Start your Pintour, scroll to the Cool Info section, and tap Uber.

Select the Pintours Voucher for payment — Make sure the Pintours Voucher is selected in payment options. If it isn't there, tap the payment options button and select it.
